yes, but there are drawbacks.
Got home, found Dave swearing at a cake tin and some greaseproof paper (big bowl of fruits soaking in Stuff on the side). Sorted that. Agreed that we possessed no baking powder, and that fridge was bare of anything that looked like dinner. Sainsburys. Cheap rack. Ate results (tuna, salad, bread roll) whle grabbing email and thinking "must sort that.. and that... haven't I answered that yet?".
With Camcairndryth AGM coming up, there's a few things to tidy, like (with my Alderman/Yahoo Group owner hat on), their representative on HC, (with my Chief of Strongoak hat on) our census and group report, (with my cooks hat on) whether they need all the pots currently sitting in my garage, (with my Bard's hat on) if I need to bring a harp, and what story I'm telling, and of course with no hat on at all, if I can persuade![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
etyries and his daughter to come along as guests. Did about half of that. Really must book for this do at some point...
Zoomed down to sword-practise, got there, stood next to gang thinking "to hit someone, I have to open my eyes, don't I?" Absorbed Diet Coke for a bit, did some drill, found that I seem to have that rotator cuff injury back, somehow. Did left-handed drill. Refrained from attempting to hit people (see comments about requiring eyes open).
Drove home. Slept. Yes, in that order. Feeling somewhat more with it this morning as a result.
