Last story. Done.

A bit under 2000 words. Got the idea last night, started actually writing at about 11pm, with interruptions. About 2 hours writing in total.
I think I can safely say the writer's block has been kicked.

And now, to sleep, perchance to dream - for a whole two hours.

GIGO

A computer, to print out a fact
Must divide, multiply and subtract
But the output can be
No more than debris
If the input was not exact

And why that was going through my head on a train into London, I may never know, but maybe now I've shared it, it'll stop.

Note to self - John Betjeman

Apparently he saved St. Pancras from demolition, and as a result, it has a statue of him and quotes in the floor. Reading them makes me think that I should read more of his work, but the rather tiny W.H.Smiths here has failed to deliver. It did manage an Italian phrase book and gastronomic dictionary, though, so that's us sorted for the Italian part of Switzerland.
