janewilliams20Apparently he saved St. Pancras from demolition, and as a result, it has a statue of him and quotes in the floor. Reading them makes me think that I should read more of his work, but the rather tiny W.H.Smiths here has failed to deliver. It did manage an Italian phrase book and gastronomic dictionary, though, so that's us sorted for the Italian part of Switzerland.
