Not a good day

janewilliams20In fact, today started going wrong last night. Fell asleep while watching "Rome", without having done most of the things I'd intended to do. Me, asleep before 2am??
This morning, meant to connect to work to start things going on a long job, and the Nfuse web page wouldn't come up. PC was fine, other sites came up fine, but not this one. And I was already too late to drive into work and start things at the time I'd said I'd start them. Phone call to helpdesk to fix it - voicemail. Argh!
And I'd already downloaded the overnight email to the PC, but didn't now have time to read it.... hope there was nothing urgent on there, I'll find out tonight. Only I don't have time tonight, because I'll be doing all the things I should have done last night, and I already had too much to do... and I'm way behind with posting to Swords so the players can get on with the next bit, and Shadow World I'm still frozen and people are waiting for me, and I'm feeling guilty and tense about messing people up and.... no, I don't dare use the blood pressure monitor.
Anyway, no time, no time, no time, drive into work, ah, fuel gauge on red, let's hope it doesn't bleep at me, 'cos no time to fill up. Why is that twit doing 45 when the limit is 60? Why won't the other twit behind him pass? I'd overtake one, but doing a double on these roads is pushing it. GET OUT OF MY WAY!!! Learn to drive!!! It's a straight road for *** sake! And then he carries on doing 40 all through the 30 limit.....
aargh....
Work PC takes forever to boot.
Coffee machine delivers cup and coffee separately.
And a morning full of meetings.
Must remember tonight, put fuel in car, get cash out so as to pay for the assorted game birds I'm picking up in work tomorrow.
