Tonight I felt daring and made an experiment. I ate two teaspoons of a low-fat cottage cheese. Yes, from cows milk. That was over an hour ago - and no reaction! No stomach cramps, no dizziness, nothing. I'd wondered all along if this was something to try, since I used to eat cottage cheese in my lunchtime sarnies all the time. So, feeling all brave, and since I've just added up my calories for the day and found I had another 400 to go, I'm going to make myself a cottage cheese sandwich.
