Last weekend four of us headed off to the Welsh borders (Llanymynech, to be exact) so that two of our number could learn about linen. The first is in Wales, the second is in England: and one pub, now closed, once had a bar in each country.
The course was, I think, in Wales: in the vilage hall, anyway.
