Well, that could have been a relaxing lunch on the patio. It was actually half-cold, parts microwaved warm and therefore over-cooked, and generally ruined, thanks to the idiot who decided that an essential part of the blender should not be right there with the rest of the blender, but in a totally different room that has nothing to do with cooking, in a box on the bottom shelf under a load of other junk that also has nothing to do with cooking.
Even if the meal hadn't been wrecked, far too furious too do anything like relaxing.
John Dorey braised with veg in white wine and saffron, and the veg then pureed, served with boiled potatoes and edamame beans, might be a very nice meal and well worth the expensive ingredients. I wouldn't know.
