Got a nice card from the Royal Mail today telling me all about last posting dates, the extra hours they'll be working, and so on. At the end, it says:

"Royal Mail, the Cruciform, and the colour red are registered trade marks of the Royal Mail Group Ltd."

The colour red?????

So this sentence is illegal?
