Surreal food

This particular experiment isn't my idea, but I may be the only person mad enough to try it.
tattercoats asked here 'Is banana custard the dessert equivalent of macaroni cheese?'
After some discussion of comfort foods, one of her correspondents said: "Sue says she likes macaroni and cheese and I will only eat it with ketchup. I have not had banana custard but wonder if ketchup goes well with it?"
