Back at Rosemary Conley class, with Dave along as promised. Back on the strict 2-week kick start for both of us (though Debbie says Dave should be on a higher calorie allowance, as the basic one is adjusted for female metabolism). Salsa warm-up instead of the standard one, which I enjoyed. Dave is, erm, having a few problems picking up the steps..... well, his bad knee gave him a bit of trouble (trying hard to be fair and putting extra paint on the rose-tinted glasses).

So I may be on a course in London with a silly-early start, but I'm taking sandwiches (1oz ham, lots of salad, VLFF as spread) and fruit, not eating out. And everything over 5% fat has been shifted from the indoor freezer to the outdoor freezer.

Slimming class told us we should try to walk 4000 steps a day, and the pedometer will tell us how many we manage.

10,240.

As Dave just said, I don't have to walk any more for 2.5 days. But then, I'm back at work tomorrow, and I probably won't.

Today - walk to station, walk from King Cross to Holborn, walk back. That adds up.

My feet hurt.
