Specifications
I am very glad that I am not currently working to what appears to be the most common specification for any computer system (though I've done it often enough in the past).
"It needs to work the same way this version works, if it worked, which it doesn't, that's why we called you."
"This version" is undocumented, the code contains no comments, and large chunks are only half-written, because the authors gave up when they realised that actually, using an Office product for a multi-gigabyte, multi-user database wasn't a very good idea.
